Seats were comfortable, but the bus was way too hot. They treated our bags very poorly. They were filthy, scuffed and boiling hot when we got them back. My laptop is dented on the corners now from how they teated the bags. I had some souvenirs in my bag and the heat has spoiled them. Very disappointing.

The toilet is not fully functional.
The windows were rattling throughout the whole night ride so it was difficult to sleep.
