Bus is dirty
The worst experience. Ruined my day! We left 30min late, and at the second stop the driver was lost, he was asking the passengers for directions on how to get to the station! We arrived 1h late.
The buses were very dirty and the staff aren't always showing enthusiasm or politeness to the people on the bus. The timeliness was good.
Based on 952 reviews, the company was rated 4.1 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the cleanliness but often complained with the wifi. Adirondack Trailways ticket prices on this trip start at $35.00
