This was the 1st time I have ever taken a greyhound bus long distance, I wouldn't recommend this bus service to anyone. I'm so disappointed and discouraged by this trip I will never recommend this bus to anyone, the bus driver was rude incoherent,unprofessional, the trip took longer than it should have taken, The bus left New York and hour late arrived in Greensboro 4 hours later that my schedule arrival time. I'll recommend that your drivers be more professional and be retrained with better driving skills. I'll also recommend that the passengers on that trip be refunded for the inconvenience of this bus being late and having to make other arrangements for pick up.
