The only help included calling an agent that was from outside the Americas that was under the impression that the bus wasn't stopped there and refused to give any further information. The calls carried international charges and a lot of clarity issues due to the agent’s politeness and language barriers. Quite the opposite of the comfort that was promised honestly!
