wish bus would have been on time. traveling with young kids made it difficult to be running so late

I was waiting for the bus, when it got there I was told to weigh my bags. As I was weighing them, the bus left. Leaving me at the bus station. Because if this I had to spend a night in a hotel and hopefully catch a bus the next day. This is horrible service. Caused horrible stress, and made me lose money.
