Our trip from Yuma to Phoenix must have been on a very old bus which needed a wheel alignment badly. At times the entire bus shook like we were driving on square wheels. Our driver arrived promptly though for the scheduled time. On arrival to Phoenix , he didn't call out very clearly as to whether we were at the bus station or the Sky Harbor airport.

The address on the ticket took us to a dark warehouse that the city runs buses out of. Thankfully our Lyft driver didn’t leave us there! He took us to Target and we caught the bus there! Also the restroom was filthy, pee all over No toilet paper or hand sanitizer.

I had worst experience with clerk at the booking office. They refused me not to pay with debit and that I had to go to withdraw money from machine; when there wasn't any ATM closed by.

The stop could be better marked. There is no sign letting passengers know they are at the correct location. Parked outside the Carl Jr. The driver was fantastic in phoning me to see if I was near instead of just leaving. She was excellent.
