The bus was 5 hours late, the staff were very unhelpful and rude. We missed our connecting bus and have had to purchase a second bus ticket which has cost us another £160.
I will definitely use Expressi Nordeste again. Seats were most comfortable bus seats ever. Bus driver was attentive and friendly.
