It was okay - comfy & smooth driving, unfortunately our bus broke down within 20mins so had to wait for a replacement. Only downside was the fact there was no light or window in the toilet (it was pitch black) and the toilet door didn’t shut

The bus was really hot, the AC didn't work.. We change the bus (1h) waiting.. And the think is that we arrived to floripa 4 HOURS late ... It can't be like that.. Was already 11h trip and finish in 15HOURS on the bus is crazy. I'm sorry but I don't going to take anymore this company .
