The bus arrived on time and left on time, but I ended up arriving in Salvador at about 1900 when my ticket indicated I was supposed to arrive at 1450.
Sear would not go back so on a sleeper bad ended up sitting upright as no spare seats. 8 hours late and still not arrived at destination although I do believe due to closures beyond operator's control.
Unfortunately, the AC was set incredibly cold so that we were freezing all night. Also other passengers complained about this, but it didn't change.

Worst bus experience I've had, 30 hours of uncomfort. The bus was run by a different company to start with, it was so old and shaky. The toilet didn't flush from the beginning so the whole bus absolutely stank. There was no drinking water. The driver didn't care even after we all voiced our concerns. It ended up being 4 hours late, and we have no idea why as there was only a bit of traffic between Feira do Santana to Salvador, that's it. Everyone on the bus deserves some type of compensation, it was horrible.
No water or wifi on the bus The 27 hour trip turned into 32 hours! Bathroom smelled and there was no toilet paper for half of the trip.
I am going to directly complain to the company as an hour into our journey the bus broke down. We waited 2 hours by the side of the road for a replacement bus which was to a much lower standard than the one we had paid for. Then spent a further 31 hours 20 minutes on this appalling bus. Despite only being delayed by 2 hours, our bus arrived in Salvador 7 hours after schedule.
