Viação 1001 Rio de Janeiro São Paulo recent customer reviews
The only thing I enjoyed was the seats and comfort. As a Bus operator your driver needs more training of how to drive smooth.
There's a water leaking from the roof direct to my seat. Maybe because of the condensation at the sunroof or aircond. That's pretty annoying especially during winter
Exceeded my expectation. Very comfortable seats, fast usb chargers. Internet is a bit too slow. Generally I am very satisfied.
According to customer reviews, Aguia Branca has received both positive and negative feedback. Customers appreciate the high level of professionalism and feeling safe while traveling with them. However, some customers have mentioned issues with unhelpful staff, freezing air-conditioning, and a lack of information from the driver.
Águia Branca Rio de Janeiro São Paulo recent customer reviews
Good service
Staff isn't helpful; air-conditioning set to freezing point; no information shared by driver
The company was perfect, and the trip was smooth and everything went as planned. My only problem was with the booking procedure, specifications regarding the seat should be chosen upon making the booking (on our trip from Sao Paulo to Rio de Janeiro we got VIP seats, while on our way back from Rio de Janeiro to Sao Paulo we got standard seats, even though we wanted VIP seats like the ones we got on our first trip but we didn’t know how to choose VIP.
According to customer reviews, the service is generally good. However, some passengers have mentioned issues with the timing of the buses. Additionally, there are complaints about discomfort caused by excessive air conditioning temperatures on board. It is suggested that improvements be made in maintaining a proper structure at the station and addressing these temperature concerns for a more pleasant experience.
Expresso do Sul Rio de Janeiro São Paulo recent customer reviews
I was over 2 hours late and missed my flight which has cost me a further 3500 Brazilian reals plus I have missed work. A tough pill to swallow.
Все было супер! Но туалет на втором этаже автобуса был испорчен. Это было ужасно. Я не мог сходить в туалет, так жидкость в нем растекалась.
Me congele ! Por culpa de su aire acondicionado en temperaturas completamente fuera de lugar ahora tengo dolor de garganta y contracturas
According to customer reviews, there are mixed opinions about the service. Some customers mention that it was a very comfortable ride, but they suggest having electrical plugs (not just USB) for longer work sessions. On the other hand, some customers express dissatisfaction with missed flights due to bus delays. Additionally, there were complaints about freezing temperatures caused by excessive air conditioning.
AGUIA BRANCA EB Rio de Janeiro São Paulo recent customer reviews
Bus and service was great. However, arrived 3hrs later l than scheduled in different Bus Terminal and resulted in ADDITIONAL 2 extra Taxi fare, 2 EXTRA Hotel Nights (wasted) and another FINE by connecting Bus due to no show (late) and additional Ticket following Day. In all, also wasted 1 Day of travel just because of late arrival by 3hrs.
Excellent service. Timely departure very neat and clean interior and exterior very comfortable and safe journey
The WiFi did not work the whole trip. Purchased because there would be Wi-Fi and I could do work, but couldn't do anything.
According to multiple reviews, the bus service is highly praised for its spacious seats with ample legroom and modern air-conditioned buses. The staff is described as helpful and efficient, providing cold bottled water during the journey. However, some customers have mentioned experiencing discomfort due to high temperatures and low oxygen in the cabin before the bus started. Despite these issues being mentioned in several reviews, overall recommendations for this service remain positive.
Catarinense Rio de Janeiro São Paulo recent customer reviews
Bus left on time. Seating was good, with enough space for an overnight trip. On-board toilet was in good working order and there was a short scheduled stop. Overall a comfortable trip, great value for money.
The drive from Rio to SAO Paulo was extremely smooth in the air conditioned bus. The seats were very comfortable. Only challenge was that the WiFi did not work but the beauty outside made up for it. Will highly recommend this mode of transport between Rio and Sao Paulo.
Good overall. But burning hot in the cabin with low oxygen for 30 minutes until bus started and A/c as well
