o ônibus atrasou mais de 1 hora e os funcionários do ônibus não deram nenhuma resposta sobre quando o ônibus viria enquanto estávamos todos esperando no frio
The bus was about 2 hours late leaving São Paulo and almost 3 hours late arriving in Rio De Janeiro. The staff seemed like this type of delay was normal. The bus itself was very nice and comfortable.
The bus left late and we ended up reaching Rio a whole 4 hours later than schedule. It rained throughout and to make matters worse, there had been an accident.
Overall comfortable ride to Rio. The long wait to leave and further delay to arrive on time was not nice. Especially when we could not understand due to no communication in English.
Bus arrived 40mins late at São Paulo to pick us up and then arrived at Rio bus station 3hours later and would not let passengers off midway when people walking was quicker
Bus showed up on time, but didn't leave for some reason until long after everyone was settled. Then we were about five hours late to our destination. Almost double the estimated trip time. When we arrived we were told to take a different bus than the one our hostel recommended because it was late and the other one was unsafe at that time of night. Made the trip a lot more of a hassle for us. Also the A/C was very weak.
Best bus driver ever, super helpful and explained about Rio a lot. The bus was also extremely comfortable, good temperature, and a nice lunch spot during the trip.
Great service. A bit delayed by traffic but really comfortable journey, free water, clean toilet and a lunch stop along the way.
Couldn't of been a better experience
Yes , the bus was late but that was offset by being a comfortable bus with big seating space , legroom and clean toilet . I also appreciated the ice water provided for free on the bus
