I really liked the bed options. The beds are very comfortable. What I didn’t like was that the seats and blankets smelled dirty.
Bus arrived 40mins late at São Paulo to pick us up and then arrived at Rio bus station 3hours later and would not let passengers off midway when people walking was quicker
Excellent service. The windows service to exchange voucher was quick and easy. Friendly staff.

Loved the comfortable bed seats, very nice that there was also a blanket for each person and we could use water, and bathroom upstairs. What was a bit annoying was the loud door that was right next to us and woke us up every time someone opened the door. Still, very good experience
Original bus was superb. Half of the way, ir breakdowns and was transferred to new but lower gradebus
Easy boarding. We left and arrived a bit late . Stopped at a great place with food half way. The reclining and extra large chair was worth it. They even had privacy curtains.

The staff was considerate, although some customers mentioned that they couldn't speak English which could have made the experience more comfortable. There were also comments about better control of the Covid situation. However, it was noted that the bus windows are covered by plastic advertisements, making them translucent.

Comfy seats but bus 2,5 hours late at destination, AC in the morning way too cold
The bus is covered by plastic advertisement which renddrs the windows translucent.
