Very bad experience. Driver cannot speak English, no hygene, no masks and more than 2h late! It always seemed that the busdriver didn't knew where to go. I definitely do not recommend it. Take another way if possible!
the bus trip was fine but, the bus driver was a bit rude and told us not to eat in the bus. When I asked to buy some food before we left he said I couldn't and that it was his problem I didn't have breakfast. Overall I had a peaceful trip.
it serves a purpose for last minute travel it is a good alternative. Would not do it again unless it was last minute again. The person in-front of me reclined almost into my lap the minute the bus left London and which made for a very uncomfortable trip as there was no space.
Am very satisfied with journey to brussel. And from now on I will be taking the budbus. To every were am travelling. And I will tell family and friends to travel this BUS. Am very pleased. I will give 10*****
We broke down on the side of the road which wasn't there fault but there was no communication from the drive on what was going on we were on the side of the road for 3 hours and arrived 3 hours late and there was no leg room
In this day and age... the WiFi was intermittent and very few outlets onboard for charging. Toilet had no Soap, water didn’t work, nor was their tissue paper!!! Then at one of the stops the Merchant charges for use of Toilet, as well as to wash and dry hands?
In the 80’s I used Eurolines often, sad that the overall satisfaction is less than other bus services
