Sin cortinas al exterior. Asientos muy incomodos y una bocina de “camión” que sonaba dentro cada vez que llegabamos a una ciudad (2a.m/ 3a.m/ 4.30a.m)
Very helpful and timely drivers. Recommended for foreign backpackers traveling on a whim!
At Barcelona Nord the reception person felt unfreindly toward my questions as I was a non Catalan, and my Command of Spanish not very fluent. The drivers were great, the bus clean and tidy.
More English translation would be helpful, no signage on bus saying where it was going.
I like to hear announcements. We had 15 minute stop at Zaragoza and had to change bus.
This was no WiFi on board
The bus was spacious and the bus driver was pleasant. But passengers were very loud talking, watching videos on mobile phones with sound on, answering phone calls throughout 7 hour trip. I don’t know the common sense of Spain, but I appreciate if the driver warns passengers to turn their mobile phones off or put the sound on mute out of respect for other passengers. Gracias
Staff rude bathroom didn’t have toilet paper and smelled so bad
Awesome and such helpful staff.
Bus air conditioning didn't work properly and was an extremly hot and uncomfortable trip. Wifi also did not work. Very disappointing after other bus trips around Spain. I wish I had caught train instead.
Only minor difficulty we had was locating the bus at Barcelona Sant Station. Not well sign posted.
I booked a trip but didn’t realize it was pm until I paid for ticket, I was unable to correct the ticket for the correct time, I had to book another ticket and lose the money for the first ticket. There should be a way to change a ticket within a few minutes after you book one. Added expense made me upset.
Bus broke, never show up at bus station in Barcelona. They put us in another bus then drop all the partners heading to San Sebastian at another bus stop. We had to wait almost to hours for the next bus. So instead of arriving at 14.10 like we were supposed to, we arrive in San Sebastián at 18.10. Not good!!
Our seats did not have a wall charger, as I looked around all others had. No wifi during 7,5 h trip (bus had wifi, this i know because it had a wifi sticker). Seats moderate, don't move sideways for extra room.
Good facilities on board
The bus smelled like a toilet the whole trip. It was awful.
