on time, clean and comfortable..what more is there to say...

The bus was exactly on time to start. On the 16:40 bus, it arrived late but there was work on the roads.

Bus was very late
The best bus trip we have ever taken and we travel a lot! Purchasing tickets very easy via your website - straight to our electronic wallet, luxurious bus and seamless service! Thank you!
My outbound bus was 35 minutes late. And no information on the board. And no help from people fra ALSA.
Very comfortable trip
Bus was extremely late ( more than 30 min). As a result we did not go as had booked return later to change on to bus to airport. Could not risk severe delays on way back as would mean we could miss our flight. Information was terrible... hard to work out where to get bus from, incorrect information on boards and no staff to ask. Therefore money wasted. As neither tickets were used. Tourists be warned! This is not the place to come wothout your own transport!
Great bus ride
Brilliant and only a little (10 minutes) late. Extremely comfortable journey
Bus was late and nobody very good at speaking English tictry ask if we’d missed it or not
Bus was 25 minutes late and no announcement was made. It was very confusing for travellers that don’t speak the local language.
Loved the comfort and smoothness if the ride. Loved the entertainment and the little food and drink offers. The only issue I had was that I (and others) did not know we were on the premium bus and it did not show on the arrivals board. Maybe because it was 15 minutes late?
Great ride. Clean bus. Was late by about 30 minutes.
Booking was easy and journey fine but bus 40 minutes late arriving in Bilbao
Good price for ticket and bus was quick. We had to wait a little bit for bus to arrive but apart from that an excellent experience
Clean, on time
Excellent service only 10 mins behind schedule. Very nice staff who spoke English. Comfortable bus as was premium bus.
No information as to where the bus stop was located and very confused. The bus was over 25 minutes late arriving,
Very impressed with the trip, speedy , comfortable and staff were very helpful. Will travel again with this company.
Boarding arrangement was a life chaotic as driver was hardpressed to take on stray passengers with tickets not destined for this run. Trip is smooth, driver is careful and patient throughout.
The bus was very comfortable and service enjoyable (we didn’t expect any entertainment or beverages). The attendant was super nice
Excellent and good value for money
