According to customer reviews, the service provided by the bus company has received mixed feedback. Some customers had an excellent experience and were pleasantly surprised. However, there are complaints about long waits at customs without any information from staff, lasting almost 2 hours. Additionally, some customers experienced significant delays of up to 3 hours and missed their connections. Although the bus and driver were praised for being professional, there were concerns about the lack of food/beverage stops during long trips and extended waiting times at border crossings (4-6 hours).
The bus and the driver where very good and professional, however it was inhumane how there where no food/beverage stops throughout the very long trip and the wait at the boarder was very long around 4-6 hours. This should definitely be specified as most of our trip was spent waiting.
We ordered front Executive seats at a VERY high cost for a double decker bus and it was a single deck ordinary bus with no executive seats
Wait at customs was rediculous. Staff did not provide any information, the just disappeared for at least 40 min. Total wait at customs was almost 2 hours. That cannot be!

Bus was cancelled and recieved no prior notification. Arrived at the depot and went to find out which gate it would be leaving and was told all buses were cancelled. Completely understandable that they were cancelled due to the weather, but surely an email of some sort isn’t that hard to send out.
We did not receive the seats we had reserved (seats 3, 4 on the upper floor) and we were allocated 2 seats with the same numbers, but on the lower floor, which should entitle us to reimbursement. Also, the bus broke down at the border and we had to board another bus (CATA) in which my partner and I were separated, with aisle seats with no view of the window, our neighbors having pulled the sleeping curtain...
I was stopped from getting o. The bus by the staff as I had no evidence of my covid job. I missed the bus and had to get another and lost the money on that. I then paid for another bus overnight and did not need to show evidence of covid jab. Transparency must get their information right.

It was very enjoyable and comfortable. A little scary going downhill over the Andes with all the curves and the driver passing when he shouldn’t have.
It was all perfect, but I remember when booking, they mentioned internet and a snack. We did not receive.

Was expecting a bus with a toilet but it was just a van. Did not correspond with the description of what I booked.
Was very unsatisfied with my trip to Santiago. I booked the 8:32am bus and got to the station in plenty of time - I was then told my bus was at 9:00am with no prior warning. I didn't mind as it was only half an hour however we were then delayed over 5 and a half hours just past the chile border crossing. Whether this would have happened if I got the 8:32am bus I am not sure? I was also never told at any point what was going on and how long we would be waiting. Finally, and this goes for all buses in South America, the temperature of the buses is not healthy. They drop the temperature to below 20 degrees and then immidately increase it to 30 degrees. This change in body temperature caused me to get a fever in which I am still recovering.
I couldn't print the ticket, so tried to find the office to see if they would print it for me. Couldn't so I booked another ticket with CATA. They gave me the address so I walked all the way to the main bus station and when I got there, the guy was not helpful and said it could only be cancelled online! Aaargh - so I never used it.

The bus drive and attendant were very nice and helpful through the whole journey! The seats were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and actually had toilet paper!
Overall a good experience. Mendoza bus station isn't the greatest and the woman at the Andesmar counter (who run the Nevada service to Santiago) wasn't very clear about which platform the bus was leaving from but we found it anyway. Staff on the bus were much friendlier and helpful especially with immigration procedures at the Chilean border. Bus was comfortable and got snacks plus a sandwich which we weren't expecting. Slightly late departing and arriving but less than 15 mins so no real issues. Would travel this route with this company again.
The Chauffeur and and person on charge of the service did not speak any English but were so nice and with signs I had answer to all my questions
