National Express Cambridge Heathrow recent customer reviews
The bus delayed arrival time at Parkers Piece by 32 minutes. It was very chilly. We'll, its the first time National Express delayed me, and so I excuse it for now
The app did not allow me to pay for my luggage, just said I would be charged 10 pounds. I thought I could this at the bus station, but no such thing. The driver asked mevrouw pay on line but that was not possible. Many other travellers were in the same boat. Not the drivers fault, the apps fault. Eventually he let us get on the bus without paying for luggage. . Overall that part was stressful. The rest was fine.
Bus arrive punctually’ and the driver was excellent. He is called Ben, apparently, and has the right mixture of courtesy, humour and authority the job demands. He’s also a good calm and careful driver.
