I got from and to where I needed to on time. The only thing is that there was no sign which gate was going to Oaxaca, and if the man didn't run around shouting Oaxaca for 5 minutes I would have missed the bus. The TAPO in general is also not well signposted in general if you are coming by train. I ended up at the metro bus station, but that isn't AU fault. Bus was clean and crazy cold. I personally thought the price was too high for the ticket on this style of bus, but there was nothing wrong with the bus journey at all. I really like that they had a ticket system for luggage.

Staff was helpful - since we don't speak Spanish - with confirmation of bus, timings, etc. The station is kept clean. Except the toilet (accessed with 8 pesos in coins) was poorly maintained: no water for urinals and toilet lacked any soap/detergent. The bus ride was good.
