We got to the bus station 45 minutes early and was worried when 20 minutes after out bus was due to leave we were told to sit and wait.
Went to find someone else who said our bus was cancelled and had to book new tickets.
This was a bit stressful as didn't know what was going on, ended up leaving an hour and a half later than planned.
On the plus the coach was very clean and comfortable and they put on a couple of films for us to watch.
Despite the stress and worry at the start the rest of the journey was fine.

I have used ADO several times from Cancun to Bacalar and it has always been a great experience. My only complaint is that the AC is always a bit too cold. I had to wear my sweatshirt with my hood on for the entire trip. Others had to cover themselves with towels and blankets.

The trip itself was fine - bus was comfortable, quiet and dark so people could sleep, but the bus arrived almost 2hrs late and none of the staff could tell me the status while we waited in Cancun - this was very frustrating.
