Bus Tickets from Cancún to Tulum

I didn’t catch the bus. The ticket was issued for the wrong day and i could only change it by going to the depot in person, which I could not do, so I lost my money.

The bus from Tulum to Cancun was 1 hour late. Drive was extremely slow and really cold inside

My trip was delayed for 1hr and a half… as it was a day trip to Tulum this really messed up my whole plan in Tulum ..

Terrible. Refused to let us on our bus. We had to catch a taxi to Tulum instead and pay USD140

Nightmare start to the holiday. Came out of cancun airport and showed an ADO worker my bus ticket and asked if I was in the right place which she said yes to. My partner and I then wait nearby for 90 minutes only to be told we were in the wrong place when we went to get on the bus 10 minutes before our departure time. We then went to the correct place after a $15 3 minute cab and dealt with 2 more unhelpful and unbothered ADO workers, telling us different things and making us wait an hour and a half for a bus to tulum only to say there were no more. We ended up buying tickets for the last bus to playa del carmen to be closer and had to cancel our hostel in Tulum. No complaints at all once we were on the bus, very comfy.

Very comfortable seats with good air conditioning. Uneventful ride and perfectly on time. I didn’t immediately see the sign for the terminal 3 bus stop but someone from the airport was able to immediately point me in the right direction.

I didn't realise the bus stops at other stations on the way and got out thinking I was where my ticket read. Missed the next part of the journey and had to purchase another ticket to proceed to desired destination. I'd expect to be told about that on purchasing a ticket.

Pretty easy and seamless. Comfortable ride :)

Great service

This bus is not at the airport and it did not tell me that. I only found out that after I asked where the bus was at the airport and found out that it was in town. What a waste of money. Not the way to start a vacation

I'm indifferent because I did not use my bus ticket. I didn't realize I booked it via the main Cancun bus terminal and not via ADO at CUN. I had to re-book with ADO once I realized it was too costly for a taxi to the Cancun bus terminal

It was a horrible experience. The pickup location was a lonely dark bus stop. No bus arrived. Trying to contact someone only ended in being connected with a useless chat-bot. When I tried to look for an Uber instead, two guys came and tried to rob my phone with a gun. I was lucky they didn't use it. Never again one of these companies
