The bus was comfortable the driver was professional queuing up and boarding the bus was organized the only negative would be the young man getting the bags out we gave them our tickets and he tried to give us the wrong bags and then when we wanted to show him where the right bags were he resisted but we still got our bags so we're happy

The journey was very nice for the most part. However roughly an hour before we made a random stop and pciked up some more people on the side of the road. They were standing in the middle. This was blocking most things, access to our bags, tv, toilet, etc. Why they got on the bus i dont know, but the experience was not the best afterwards. Very uncomfortable feeling. Other then that the ride before was very nice.

Sunday 23rd of August 2026, 16:00 ADO Bus from Chichen Itza to Tulum was cancelled without notifying us in advance. After all, I took the next Oriente bus to Tulum at 17:30. Very dissatisfied!

The bus time changed to 2.5 hours later and I was not informed. I got to the bus station and it was not on the screen. I only found out when I asked at the ticket counter.
