Overall very good. But it seems there were a leak from the ladies toilet so the floor at the back of the bus became wet and my shoes smelled of urine when we got off

ADO GL is my new favourite thing... Bus is so comfy. We were a bit late (40 mins?) getting in but I had expected to give the times leeway based on traffic/roads etc. Easy comfy journey!! (Mexico city to Oaxaca)

An awful experience. Booked the night bus from Oaxaca to Puerto Escondido only to find out that the service no longer runs. Would have been fine if we’d been emailed but the day before we departed I got an email saying “24 hours until your departure” - we turned up to the bus stop in Oaxaca at 9:30pm to be told that the bus no longer runs and we’ve been rescheduled to go on a bus 4 days later!!! No emails, no contact, nothing.
