Bus Tickets from Oaxaca to Mexico City

Great service - prompt, clean, spacious bus, lovely driver with regular but not too regular breaks

The pick up point was a lot out of the city that stayed a shorter drive so we were not able to make the bus.

No TVs! Fantastic! The bus left on time and took 2 hours longer than advertised Oax -> Mex

We left over 15 mins late. One of the movies played on the screen was very inappropriate for little kids.

7 hours of Star Wars blasting from a speaker mere inches from my ears is my idea of torture, not a bus trip

Comfortable ride with good driver. All our ADO trips have been great. Only issue is they turn the AC on too cold!

First of all seats are not comfort especially head rests, headrests caused nausea for both me and my wife, it's because of rigid placement. Ticket offered food for our journey, so we did not bring any. My screen was not working. No one is there to assist once driver closes the door.

Very comfy. No wifi which was promised and only things you could watch in English were concerts.

The bus trip itself was great; very comfortable. Once again, the passenger area was far too cold. The driver fixed this when I told him. Why did the bus drivers have no idea what temperature to set for heating and cooling? We nearly missed our bus because the women in the ticket office sent us to the wrong gate; twice. They sent us to the regular service instead of the Platino gate. Clearly they didn’t read my ticket properly. When we arrived at Tapo Mexico City terminal, we were offered a taxi ride that seemed fine because there were multiple taxis under the ADO awning, where there were also multiple employees with the red ADO vests. We discovered in transit that we were being ripped off. For a 20-minute trip, they wanted to charge us $1,500 pesos. We negotiated it down to $1,000 but when we arrived at the hotel they told us we should have been charged about $120. Why does ADO allow these criminals to work out of their terminal? We have photos of the taxi and the driver, and we will be taking our complaint to the tourist police.

All very professional and comfortable. Just could have used a good stop before the 5th hour. Bathrooms very clean.

My Partner and I had an extremely comfortable ride in our Ado GL Bus to Mexico City! It was so comfortable, clean, smooth to ride in and i would highly recommend!

The bus smell funny and is not cleaned very often. I didn't use the bathroom because the smell coming from it was enough to tell me it wasn’t cleaned.
