Bus arrived in Sarajevo 3 hours late. We also had to change buses 30 mins before arriving for some reason. Ok, not great.
Globtour est une compagnie sérieuse mais doit veiller à ce que les bus soient en bon état et les filtres de climatisation changés lorsque c'est nécessaire
This is a horrible bus ride. Staff dont speek a word in english, broken toilet, broken air condition, late at station, only one toilet stop for what ended up as a 8 hour trip that was supposed to take 5 and a half. I am horribly dissarisfied.
Joke of a company. I previously had a bus come 3 hours late and this time it was 2+ hours late so I managed to buy a ticket to another bus that arrived. So I have no idea how late the bus was or if it even showed up.
Globtour is the only bus line at the station that wasn't on the departures board with time updates.
Half an hour late leaving which meant our time at our destination was reduced. Very smelly bus and air conditioning not working. People arguing over their seats. Then return bus was over half an hour late which was very frustrating considering we were late arriving at our destination so had to rush round the Krka park to be back for 17:00 them the bus didn’t show up on time anyway. Bus driver was very rude. Also the buses didn’t sound in good condition, very bumpy and noisy, seemed to struggle up the hills.
Honestly just not good. The bus took too long and from what I hear from locals it is known that the route takes longer than advertised, this should be updated.
I have one thing to add regarding printing tickets - its not possible! I was booking my trip in a very short period, far away from home, on the street practically without a printer .
(Like most people )
The driver was amazing and full of understanding.
The seat is not in a good condition, some could be. adjusted some could not. There is a little space between the seating row so, it's not that comfortable comparing to other bus service even the price is competitive. The staff did not speak English even a little bit. There is no toilet in the bus.
The heating on the bus was weird. It was super hot for most of the ride because the heater was on. And the cooling system wasn’t works for many of the seats. Also my bag got soaked when it was in the case under the bus. Paying to put my bag under a bus for it to get soaked... not a big fan. So not the best bus ride
Awful service. The bus was in very poor condition and the toilet was out of service. The bus driver was rude and swerved dangerously. Several passengers got up at one point to check that the driver was okay and not falling asleep. Very scary trip. Overall horrible service and will never travel with this company again.
The driver was very rude, he did not check the passengers before driving away after rest... 2 times... there was always someone left behind and we had to scream to the driver to stop.
I would not use this service again or recommend to anyone. It also unexpectly charged €10 for a baby and there was also a charge for baggage stored underneath in hold.
When buying my bus ticket I saw it was an electronic ticket. On the email I received it indicated that it was okay to show the ticket on my mobile.
However on the bus the conductor was highly irate that I did not have a printed ticket and threatened to throw myself and other people without printed tickets off the bus.
If i could give negative stars then i would. The bus was late, there were chicken bones on the seat and staff were rude. The email stated we could use a mobile device as a ticket but the staff member screamed at me and threatened to throw me off. He was extremely aggressive and was getting right in my face. Im a solo female and i was very frightened and upset. I would rather walk back then take this bus again.
Overall a good experience despite an arrival time an hour later than expected. Bus drivers couldn't speak English but were lovely and did their best to communicate with us.
Staff very helpful and got me to Zadar ...tricky as it involved a change of buses that I didn't know about. Staff looked after me and ensured I wasn't stranded in some random part of Croatia. Would book again.
Horrible experience, awfull bus and mentally insane personal off the bus. Really psicopat, weird and no respect of fisical space. Felt insecure all the time. The bus arrived extra late without any explanation only insane guy who shout us.
just 10 minutes before Podgorica the full bus went to a service station and let renew both fronttyres. So in the end, we arrived 1 h late in Podgorica. In Podgorica they did not print out my e-ticket, so I was forced to buy a new ticket, otherwise I would not reach the bus to Mostar. So I paid the double price. Everybody was very unfriendly, felt like in a timemaschine back to socialism.
Our bus arrived in Dubrovnik with 2 hours delay, we were trying to contact the company and asking on bus station information, however noone from company pick up the emergency and custumer service phones, neither any company representative contact the Dubrovnik bus station to advise about the delay. We were not sure if the bus would come or not and our accommodation room in Kotor was almost cancel due to late arrival. The driver charged us 10 hrk per back, even though online was written that each passenger is allowed to bring 2 bags free of charge, as well as we did not received any receipt about the extra charge. Not to mentioned that the bus is old smell swet and there is no wifi, even though its mentioned.
The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When we purchased the ticket, it advertised that the bus had WiFi, charging facilities and air conditioning. It also stated 2 checked bags would be free as well as 1 carry on. The staff demanded 20 Kunas for our luggage - we had no option but to pay. When we got on board the bus was quite old - no working WiFi and no charging facilities. The air conditioning was almost non existent and everyone was sweating like crazy. When we mentioned this to the staff they responded by saying “they were very comfortable”. My partner suffers from travel sickness and this heat made things 100 times worse. This was by far the worst journey I have made
Horrible driver rude and rough ask us to pay for the luggages that was actually included in the ticket the bus was extremely dirty without air conditioning...
