Being a tourist is quite stressful when trying to navigate buses etc. The bus driver didn't get out of the bus to open the luggage hold for my suitcase. He told me to take it on to the bus. It was too heavy to take on to the bus and I had two other bags. Bi didn't want to injure myself lifting suitcase in bus, and where would I put it, and it would kill someone if there was an accident. I had to insist that the suitcase went in the luggage and he was upset that he had to get out of his seat. When he opened the luggage area, there was plenty of space for my suitcase. I had to lift the suitcase up into the luggage area. In my two months travelling throughout Eastern Europe this was the only bus driver who failed to help the customer. I had to lift my suitcase out of the luggage area as well.

Bus (van) driver blasted loud music the entire trip, even after I asked twice if he could turn it down. He also sped across Romania at consistent speeds of 160kph. Very scary

I bought a ticket for 5:30pm but the bus did not come until 6:30pm. I called customer service worried because I needed to catch a bus to Sofia and the guy spoke English and helped me and located the bus in GPS and it was late but coming.
