My bus was suppose to leave at 11:25 from Owensboro , it did not get her til 2 pm. I arrive in Chicago 4 hours late. I have never had this problem before.
Both of the drivers I have ridden with on various trips have been very professional. As a fellow driver, I was very impressed that the most recent driver took a detour to avoid tolls. Nice!
I had a stop over at Indianapolis, IN.of supposedly for 30min.on my way to Chgo.but somehow the mgr said the bus to Chgo.was delayed for 1hr coming from Cincinnati then later on the driver of my bus said that it's not delayed and it's leaving! I almost miss my bus! So much confusion! Why can't they get their schedule right! Also the toilet on the bus has no more toilet paper plus it's too dark in there. I will never take this bus again! This was my first experience (in a very long time )and my last! Pls get your schedules right!
Ya driver was a woman so rude and inconsiderate she literally told me my bus ticket was on 95😌th . She left me in rain andntold me my ticket wasn’t in Chicago. Rude woman
There was road construction that delayed the trip a little. Totally understandable. Bus was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Will certainly recommend and travel again.
The bus stuff was rude and abusive. Not having a printed ticket shouldn’t be a reason to be antagonized and disrespected considering I can print the ticket and hand it over at the bus stop. It was raining when the bus came and the bus driver left those of us without printed tickets in the rain for close to 15 mins figuring out what to do. His behavior was highly shameful.
The ride being over an hour late was bad enough, but it wasn’t even available to track online for whatever reason. So I had no idea when it would arrive.
Rude unprofessional unsafe driver sarcastic got lost and almost damaged the bus on an underpass. He used his phone while driving, for personal ca lls and to get directions

Two different dispatchers told me the route I paid for started and ended at the Indianapolis Airport. I waited at the airport for an hour - no bus. I finally got a hold of a dispatcher in Kentucky (4 tries) when I was told the route started and ended in downtown Indy. What a waste of time and money.
My first time riding this bus .honestly the bus was not cleaned at all , chairs are not comfortable , additionally they were so late . but the bus driver was a very pleasant lady
From the staff inside the Greyhound station helping me onto the bus quickly to our driver being very professional, informative and friendly, I was very pleased with my trip from Chicago to Fr. Wayne.
I am so disappointed. The bus arrived an hour late to Bloomington. This is so frustrating because I selected this early morning time so I could meet my commitments for the rest of the day. There was no verbal apology or any sort of compensation. I would like to be compensated or reimbursed one way or another. This was ridiculous!!
The ride from Indianapolis to Chicago was just fine, and I have no complaints. However, the trip from Bloomington to Indianapolis was not. The driver arrived late, was hostile to customers, and at one point pulled into a parking lot and (although we were running late) left a bus full of passengers in a parking lot while she went into McDonalds to, it seems, order food. We got in late to Indianapolis and she told us that the bus for Chicago was about to leave and we should go right there, but she did not tell us where it was and it was impossible to find someone in the station who could help except for one customer service person who had a long line of people waiting to talk to her. Given that the bus was supposed to leave in 2 minutes waiting in line was not an option. As it turned out, the bus for Chicago had not been called yet and the five of us from the Bloomington bus wandering around trying to figure out what to do all did make it, thankfully. We had been told, however, that it was ready to pull out and we should go right there, which caused confusion and stress. I am sure the driver was just having a terrible day, but I was actually frightened to have someone behaving so erratically and displaying so much anger operating the bus. As I said. The trip to Chicago was very smooth and professional.
