My bus from Dayton to Lima was nice but my second bus was late and after we got to the other two bus stops our bus driver decided to take backroads and he also stopped twice to check his phone and after that we made 2 more stops that were not on my ticket.

I had a lay over in which it was late as well. Then had a lay of 5& 1/2 hours. Which
was I not informed or didn't understand. Just to go to the next stop when i got to Chicago. The wifi was not working. And the bus was very rocky.

Bus was devalued close to three hours. Please improve your logistics, I waited as long as my actually bus ride. Indianapolis to Chicago is one of the quicker bus trips, there could have been a new bus ride added to accomadate us. It sucker we have to wait so long for the original bus comes just so Greyhound doesn’t have to higher another bus driver. Several buses were at the station empty. Unacceptable, the need to do lean six sigma and find better solutions.
