My bus from Dayton to Lima was nice but my second bus was late and after we got to the other two bus stops our bus driver decided to take backroads and he also stopped twice to check his phone and after that we made 2 more stops that were not on my ticket.

I had a lay over in which it was late as well. Then had a lay of 5& 1/2 hours. Which
was I not informed or didn't understand. Just to go to the next stop when i got to Chicago. The wifi was not working. And the bus was very rocky.

I was carrying two baggage and as per my ticket I was allowed two baggage. But still bus staff has charged extra charges for one baggage.
