We had to change to another 2 busses.soour total trio was in 3 busses. Wait at the Heathrow busstation for some next National express to "kindly" take us to Heathrow terminals. Late arrival at airport caused major problems for me. Very dissatisfied with today's service
On time. Well driven. I had paid and booked for a seat. Someone else was sitting in it. Very difficult situation. My seat was 2A but the bus was not labelled in the same system. This needs coordinating.
Was happy with the service except for one thing, when I booked the trip it stated there was wifi available. The trip from Derby to Victoria did not have access to wifi per the driver. There was no wifi password available.
