The comfort etc was fine but the first bus was 25 minutes late meaning we almost missed our second bus . Very stressful . But got there eventually . Thank.you

I was at the stop 5 mins before the bus was due and it never turned up. The app showed it at the airport about an hour and a half late but it detoured to the other side of the carpark and left without passengers. I got the next bus two hours after my scheduled bus which thankfully was on time.
