the WiFi on board did not work, the assigned seats were not together, there were no instructions on arrival in Paris as to where to get a taxi.

There is considerable confusion over whether it is possible to cancel one leg of a journey consisting of more than one leg. The driver gave us 5 minutes' notice of our arrival at Paris-Orly. It would have been useful to have received earlier notice, because it was about 25 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Powerlet was broken so i could not recharge my phone all night... however the coach was comfortable and arrive on time.

The staff member in Geneva was no where to be seen before the bus arrived. He could have come earlier and told the waiting passengers anout the delay.
