Very good service
Everyone don't know Spanish language, So please your driver should speak/announcement English after Spanish language. Also make sure that there is sufficient Tissue and water in TOLET.

Wi-Fi is very bad
- leg room and width are appalling for a 18-hour journey, thanks for treating passengers like caged hens - no WIFI, not in accordance with ticket conditions, breach of contract - no plugs, only USB sockets (please make this clearer on ticket conditions)
