I had one of the worst days waiting for my connection in Lille. My bus got delayed twice and then even though I checked every single bus that arrived for 5 hours in the cold, the emergency number stated the bus had come and gone without picking up anyone. There were no other buses that evening and I was shaking from the cold so I had to buy a £200 Eurostar train ticket to london
Timely bus and pleasant driver. Unfortunately there was no Wi-Fi as advertised and I could not complete the work I had planned during the trip. This is very disappointing. The bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper.
Bus left on time which was good and the driver was helpful in Paris.
There’s no indication when booking that there are no food and toilets stops.
For an 8-9 hour journey, this is unacceptable.
Communication on the bus was sub par. Next to no information, and all in French until we arrived to London.
We had driver change mid way, and weren’t given the opportunity to stretch for the 20 odd minutes we were there. Duty of care was negligible.
Your customer service is not good we tried to call into the call Center to find out where our bus was and it kept hanging up on us. Bus finally arrived almost 4 hours late and then we got stuck at customs at the ferry when the driver has his passport siezed by the authorities and had to wait another 2 plus hours. This trip has been one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had
Your bus was not on time and was late for more than 3 hours which made me very upset. My work today was wasted. My money was wasted.Your service is very very poor.
I will never book a ticket on your bus and I will never recommend your bus to anyone else your service is very very bad
Your service is very very poor and I will never recommend your bus to anyone again
Was not as expected. There is even no power cable to charge mobiles and also no WiFi in bus. Also so much of time the bus was very idle and simply stopped in a place.
WORST BUS COMPANY EVER. They have horrible directions to the pick up point and the bus never showed up stranding me and 6 other travelers. An absolute nightmare. Their customer service couldn’t be less helpful either. Truly a nightmare
The bus told us 5 min before departure it would be an hour late. It was two hours late, we missed the ferry and instead of taking the next ferry we waited another two hours at the port in the bus while the driver smoked cigarettes inside. No one wore a mask, information was not shared with us, no wifi and one bathroom break when the passengers begged to stop
The service I received on this journey was shocking. The driver did not begin the boarding process until 22:58, with a scheduled departure time of 23:00. The bus finally left at 23:38 and arrived in London 2.5 hours late. There was no working toilet for the majority of the journey and the driving was erratic at best. No apology was offered for the late departure or arrival, in fact the driver could not appear to care less.
The service was ok since I booked online and I was very satisfied with the online part of the booking except that it didn’t explain the departure time from the Bercy-Seine since I boarded at CDG 15:50 and is only upon arriving at Bercy-Seine I was told by the sales rep at the counter that I would now have to wait 4hrs , ( sales girl was very professional )
I had 3 drivers on the journey which two of them were great but the final driver from Bercy-Seine to London had a very nasty attitude towards her passengers, she spoke unmannerly and was very mean to us all , she spoke on the phone with her relatives all throughout the trip which caused her to loose focus on the road where she had to hit the break very hard at least 3 to 4 times to avoid hitting the vehicle ahead of her , one instance she smashed the break so hard that people ejected from there seats while some objects fell to the floor , I heard a passenger ask her to stop for second because she wanted to catch her breath but the driver refused and just angrily apologized ,
She missed the scheduled booked time to enter the train which caused a 2 hours delay
The bus driver was not good enough. He does not know the language . He took us to the wrong places, pet control service which made us delay. That made me miss the train for me afterwards so my journey was longer and pricier than expected.
What a bad journey no wifi in the bus, nice driver but could not speak english or French, missed the boat at Calais and arrived In London more than 2 hours late than the estimated time I should have a compensation.
We received our assigned seat numbers but when we got on the bus there were no seat numbers. My wife and I did not get to sit together which was really inconvenient for sleeping overnight. Seats were very uncomfortable and I literally couldnt fit my knees into the space in front of me. (I'm 6"2').
