It's was a good service, the Driver was excellent and character
No wifi No change port I'm no happy
Driver was really nice, polite and friendly. Explained all the steps to the customers and the bus was great value for money
Driver kept stopping and walking around. But was then over an hour late and caused me to miss my ongoing train.
continue to provide an above average service that is very good
We where very late to take the ferry and we waited for an other driver to take us to Paris it was very upsetting it supposed to arrive at 5:15 we arrived sfter 12 😤😤😤
I didn't expect we would be using the ferry. The bus missed the correct so we arrived 1hr 20mins late. This gave my friends 2 mins to get their onward bus to Lyon, without time for a drink or toilet break, and I missed my train connection and had to buy another ticket.
Toilet on the bus doesn’t work, we hold pee for many hours , also usb charging for the phone on our sits not work too, was very tight and uncomfortable for travel
A good experience
Great price. It was pretty hot inside the bus. Had to remove 2 layers of clothing. Couple stops for bathroom breaks.
Poor seating arrangement Poor arrangements for ferry and ferry delayed No mobile charging point or wifi
Had a splendid trip with blablabus!
Horrible experience. My bag was taken by another person on the bus. The driver just basically blew me off, with no solution.. I’m from a whole different country... there was no regard for my lost belongings. He didn’t even give me a number to call for lost or stolen items.
Delay not the fault of driver. He was wonderful throughout
The toilet were dirty and no water in the tap and toilet
The driver trubor made the journey great, many thanks to him
The bus was very cramped. Leg room was minimal and uncomfortable. No WiFi. It was warm going through the Chunnel. Both drivers would slam the brakes frequently. In their defense, we were late because a passenger had not returned on time after a break, and also because of traffic instead Paris.
A very nice service. The bus with the added amenities was out to be repaired so we had no WiFi or charging ports.
The bus was very tight with no wifi or charging. It didn’t help we followed another bus company to Paris that had big signs in the window ‘extended legroom’ and ‘free WiFi’. This bus wasn’t branded and seemed like a rental bus. There was chewed up gum on my tray table. There was no ferry at the time the bus was booked so we waited in Dover for hours. The driver was great though and kept us informed of the delays.
The bus is a little old and the seats are very uncomfortable. The bathroom is so tiny as well.
Cheap and cheerful way to travel between airports.
travel quite correct. Nothing to blame. Continue like that
good company with excellent drivers
Very efficient nice to use comfortable and safe drivers
Longest trip ever. Left London at 22:30 arrive in France at 10:30 and someone stole my 90 pound headphones in the bus
The staff was very pleasant and we left on time and arrived on time but unfortunately the bus was extremely smelly. It smelt of urine which spoiled the journey.
Good, reliable, professional
First time with this compagny but negative experience unfortunately.
Will recommend to friends and family
