On time departing. Driver kept to times and the bus was comfortable and quiet. The Charing ports didn’t work though or the air conditioning so I would change that.
I was a little disappointed that the bus didn’t have reserved seats as I wished to sit next to my young son.

There was no bathroom in the bus and driver never stop from Calais to Paris for a bathroom break
No good at all, I’m still in the bus, the driver did a big mistake and we had an accident, very disappointed!!!
