The coach was late, but that was probably due to a lot of traffic. The driver was excellent - loading and unloading luggage and his careful, comfortable driving. It was lovely to have the toilet facility, but there was no soap and the hand dryer didn’t work.

The bus was late arriving at Heathrow. The driver refused me access due to me having two cases and and two carry-on bags and indicated I had to buy excess baggage allowance. The machine at the ticket desk was not working and the guy there refused to ask the driver to take the cash but said I should give it to him . Didn't matter as even though he knew I was coming he drove off as I was walking to wards him. He obviously knew who I was as he talked to me and he saw me walking for sure. My day was very time critical as airplanes do not wait.. so I ended up having to get a hire car. I'd like my fare refunded or a credit for future travel please. I've travelled with the same bags many times on this route and to Plymouth and this is the first time it's been an issue. The bus was almost empty

Poor service, when no option is left to change the name/time of the connection, it naturally not limits the travel time of the passenger, therefor searching for alternative means, which in my case, cost me an extra £45. Not funny.
