Got to Lima 1.5 hrs late, nearly missing my connection. Spent about two hours listening to DVD menu screens repeating forever. Would prefer no movies over DVD menus.

The check in process went very well and was on time. When we got on the bus, I was impressed with how clean it was. Unfortunately, the trip after that was a nightmare. It was very hot and customer service wasn’t able to fix it because they couldn’t get in touch with the bus driver. So, we couldn’t sleep. Additionally, the door was jammed, so we couldn’t access the bathroom for the entire trip.

The check-in process with Cruz del Sur was seamless and very easy, staff was professional and kind assisting us with getting settled. The bus was overall comfortable and everything within Cruz del Sur's control was smooth. That said, we did arrive in Lima several hours after scheduled, which seemed predictable due to the condition of the roads and construction. Additionally, the bathroom on the bus stopped working an hour or two before the trip ended causing some inconvenience and hygiene concerns.

The driver was going at a ridiculous speed the entire way. The whole journey made us both feel sick. It felt dangerous and he was constantly breaking harshly and then speeding up. Worst bus I've ever been on. Will never book with superciva again

The bus ride itself was good, but the directions I was given for where to pick up the bus in Huaraz was not accurate. I nearly missed the bus as a result
