Very dissatisfied with the driver. He was driving way too fast and it felt very dangerous. Many times we were on the side of the road and the bus started shaking. I did not sleep at all. There was no steward in the bus and it was not possible to get in touch with the driver. I’m truly glad we survived, this experience was terrifying. Me and my sister hope this driver will be punished and tested on alcohol or drugs abuse.
Unfortunately there was un accident in the road that couse for the late, I asked from the stuff help to go down form the bus when we arrived to Lima couse I was about to miss my flight and no one was trained to listen and give me my suitcase, at the end I miss my flight and had to pay 80 dollars,
If I was going down from the bus and take a take a take a texi I would not miss my flight
luggage handlers need to be more respectful of customers' bags. stapling the fabric of customers' luggage is not acceptable. Neither is dragging bags across the floor and tossing them haphazardly. I have witnessed all of this behavior at Lima, Ica, and Huaraz.
from lima to huaraz the service was great, the attendent was very polite. but on the way back huaraz to lima the attendent was very rude and the bathroom was dirty, stinking and i was the first one to use it.
No food included. Disorganised at departure point and arrival. Stopped at the first terminal and then told everyone after they had disembarked that they actually couldn't get off there. No wi fi in the terminals or on the bus so passengers were unable to order uber on arrival. Very average service compared to the same service that I have used with other companies.
the service is great overall, I took 4 buses with this company already (between 4 hours and 14 hours). I gave a 5 star for the other rides, but there was no pillow on this one, which is essential on a night trip (as it was provided before), that is why I gave a 4 now
