luggage handlers need to be more respectful of customers' bags. stapling the fabric of customers' luggage is not acceptable. Neither is dragging bags across the floor and tossing them haphazardly. I have witnessed all of this behavior at Lima, Ica, and Huaraz.
from lima to huaraz the service was great, the attendent was very polite. but on the way back huaraz to lima the attendent was very rude and the bathroom was dirty, stinking and i was the first one to use it.
