At Jerez estacion the timetable display screens were blank, as were the screens at each bus stop, only indication of the service was displayed on the front of the bus/coach. The seats I booked online didn't match the tickets I was supplied. There was no WiFi available, think the service was advertised as it was? A safety issue I noted was the lack of emergency escape window hammers, there was an obvious fitting for them, as provided by the vehicle manufacturer (Volvo) but on my trip to Granada on the 6th I could see none and on my return on the 7th a number of the fittings were empty. The actual service was fine but I feel improvements could be made and the safety issue should be resolved.
