Very good but I was worried I had missed my bus when I stood next to the bus the terminal said it was and saw no one until 20 past the time it was supposed to leave.
There was no information regarding availability or not of drinks and food on board and about stopover or not on the way.
Delightful. Better than I expected
Great! Had trouble communicating because of the language barrier, but the staff tried to help as much as possible! Very very satisfied.
Bus ride was good but the trip took 5 hours not 4.5 hours, so not sure if this is the norm or it is a one-off
I’m so satisfied this travel with the ALSA bus. The bus was clean and driving is safety.
The seats were a bit hard, but overall no problems with the trip.
Quick , simple and comfortable
Better then the train
Perfect way for us to get from Madrid to Granada
Very satisfied! Defenitely I will use ALSA again! muchas gracias
Really a great service!
Uncomfortable seats, with minimum leg room and no stops on the 5 hour trip, which could lead to DVT.
The premium service is just that - efficient, extremely comfortable - a relaxing, sometimes spectacular way to get from Madrid to Granada. It’s impossible to imagine a better way to get between the two cities - even at the premium rate it’s way UNDERpriced.
Great bus and very comfortable ride. Very smooth trip.
We have a great trip
Good and safe
The bus seats are comfy, watched a movie and took a nap
Please take care inside ventilation and temperature. 2 drivers loud speaking during driving.
A very smooth ride from Madrid to Granada. The bus was clean and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this route
Very good and comfortable Just a little disorganized when they load the baggage and the passengers
Only option since no trains but service was good and very cost effective
Very smooth trip, comfortable bus with service on time!
