The trip I booked was canceled and replaced with another one half an hour later. That trip then was over an hour late.
For a direct bus it made a lot of stops. Like down seats were not truely lie down.
The only east part was booking the ticket online. Everything after that was a disaster, from buses breaking down to having to pay another bus driver to take us half way there and then get on another bus. 8 hours later finally get to where I want to go

1st, They require change of bus at puno 2nd, play on video loudly Never use again
Abysmal, bus was delayed by 3 hours, didn't make the border in time. Had to walk to the Bolivian border (20 mins at 11pm at night to check if it was open) come back, move all the bags and people, walk across to the Peruvian border. Once processed we got into minibuses instead of the Cama bus we had go get to Puno. On arrival in Puno we then got into a standard bus with no beds and no toilets for the remaining 8 hour journey.
