My bag was totally wet after putting it on the bag shelf above the seats.
Best bus ride of my last fe
The departure address was different to what Exclusiva told us in advance, and we had to pay an unexplained 7s surcharge which was not clear from booking or confirmation email. The hour delay was not explained. The toilet ran out of paper so was disgusting (covered in excrement) for second half of trip - staff aware but did nothing . Otherwise v v good for price especially the beds .
I ordered vegetarian food but staff delivered me a non vegetarian food and said that's all they have for everyone.
They were a landslide that didn’t let all the buses pass through the road at 4am but the staff didn’t tell us anything. A lot of people had flights after the bus and no solutions were adapted to get in time to the arrival.
Was good. Cold in the bus and people were puking but the bus company couldn't help that of course.
Too cold, too loud
The bus broke in the middle of way and I had to go to Cusco by myself
Good, reliable service. The only set back was that the bus trip was very cold, apart from that it was enjoyable.
It was wonderful experience to take Excluciva Bus. My journey was much better than taking air flight! If I get a chance in future to travel with Excluciva, I will indeed go for it.
My only issue was there was no toilet paper or hand towels in the bus and i couldn’t find the staff to ask about more. Not super ideal at 4am
No wifi, no snacks, no pillows or blankets, no AC. Not as described at all. I will never use this busline again.
Good full cama seats on the 2nd floor, I loved it
Great. I would have liked subtitles on the movie
The seat do not really have a 180 degree rotation. Moreover the front seats in the 2nd nivel are short. At last water drops on the seat number 14. Please do not give drink with sugar. Better simple water.
The company was shut when we followed instructions to collect our ticket. The bus we booked did not exist therefore we are very unhappy with the service.
The bus didn't turn up, we arrived an hour before and the office was locked and we were told there would be no bus. We had to buy new tickets. Stressful. Not happy!
Was delayed 7 hours on the highway due to a mudslide. Was not offered more drinks or food during this delay. I was located next to a window with a loose bracket that squeaked quite loudly. When I inquired as to how to end the noise I was told it was a factory default and there was no way. The staff member tried his best but it was a full bus. I ended up shoving my sock in the bracket to secure it. Easy fix with a screwdriver but evidently no one in the company cares to fix it.
