It's a very bad traveling
According to multiple reviews, customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided by the bus company. They mention that the coach arrived late and that the air conditioning was not working properly. Additionally, some customers reported negative experiences with untrained bus assistants who charged them for luggage despite already paying for it.
It was a terrible experience; my bus was supposed to arrive at fosse park stop at 10.30 but I waited till 12.15 and the bus didn’t show up so I had to take a taxi to Heathrow and pay huge some of money. I don’t recommend this service to anyone
They were spot on Departure time and the driver was very helpful with answering queries
The drivers where very helpful and informative, the best journey I had on a coach in a long time, the only problem I had getting to Leicester st Margaret station there was no information where to board the coach.
