The trip itself was good given that it was raining, the bus was delayed by 20 mins or more. However, because I'm new to Chippenham, when the bus stopped at Chippenham Town Center, I wasn't very sure if I needed to com off since my ticket said Cepen park. So I went to ask the driver, we'll I strongly believe that thus driver was racist base on how I was treated. I asked the driver, is there a stop at Cpen Park as well? I only asked this because I wasn't sure and obviously needed assistance. Instead of assisting me, the driver kept repeating " this is Chippenham, this is Chippenham "; so I came off the bus still nor sure, while trying to still speak to the driver, he just jumped back behind the wheel and shut the door in my face! It was raining heavily as well so that made the situation even worse. I felt so humiliated!
I do think Victoria coach station should be reorganised. There is not enough room for people, not enough seats. We were also told that coaches hadn't arrived when we saw them clearly, right in front of us and this was happening along every departure point. The coach back however was great. The coach was absolutely on time, good driver and pleasant with it.
The service was great on time how ever the bus was cold the heater was blowing cold air which has triggered my raynards off and my toes have swollen unable to wear my shoes ill be like that for at least a week plus we're your main baggage goes in the under compartment due to it was raining my bag got wet lucky it was water proof that is not great
