Coach was to a good standard and arrived in time. Booking was simple and the driver was great. Overall it was a good and comfortable journey.
The driver was in good spirits and polite. The bus was clean and confortable. The toilet was clean, spacious and airy. It had a good supply of toilet paper. I like the cameras checking every corner of the coach. Only downfal I'd the WiFi wasn't on/working.
My coach didnt turn up. I had to get a train to London Victoria and get the last coach to Bristol at 1am

Good service and proper time
It was horrific I did not see my bus it was 1and a half hr and so I ended up going with national express My sister was inconvenienced on the other end and I will never use megabus again Sincerely Cathy Matthews
