I enjoyed the short stops which were timely on this long journey. No working seat belts. 2 hour delay at border control as 1 passenger's documents were not in order. I think the company should check this before departing

The bus left an hour late, then it stopped somewhere and we waited for other 45 minutes, we had not made half the way when it broke down! We arrived after 9 to Durban, when we where supposed to be there by 5pm. The driver never explained anything.
