The bud ran out of fuel. Stuck on the side of the road. One of the bud officials actually asked us if we could pay R8000.00 for diesel to continue. Three hour delay while there was no information available to the people waiting at the destination
The journey was horrible. It was a long journey that I couldn't expect to be something unfunny because of the following reasons: 1. The aircon was not working and the outside temperature reached 37 degrees. Imagine traveling under 37 degrees on a bus that do not open the windows. 2. The driver was stopping all the time and some passengers with connecting trip, ending up evacuating some passengers to another Intercape bus to avoid delays on getting to JHB and not loose their connecting buses 3. Bad smell on toilet, lack of water

They charge for my bags R450 just a simple suitcase and the bus depart time was 12:00 pm but we departed from Cape Town around 17:30

I was supposed to travel with intercity bus of 3 :30 of which they change me to 7 :30 pm bus which was not even intercity but eagle liner what a horrible service with the long distance buses..Very disappointed how they treat their customers
Bus was very comfortable,but the old driver was very rude and impatient.i asked how many minutes left to reach Johannesburg and he just ignored me.

The bus suppose to have entertainment like watching movie as it mentioned on your bus we never experienced that as the was no movie at all
The bus was scheduled to depart at 10h15. We had to make few stops in town collecting other passengers. Bus was able to depart after 11am to 12pm. We arrived 2hours at park station. Also is there anything that can be done in terms of stops? We have one too many stops with passengers stalling to return to the buss on time. We would stop for a good 20min. Overall, the captain was communicative, he drove under the right speed and the bus itself was comfortable.
The bus was leaking from the aircon filters on the roof and it dropped to our lagages inside the bus. Also the driver was not pleasant at all he did not give passangers arnough time to get fresh air and stretch on our stops

My experience with Eagle Liner is good even though the bus was late in 30min but everything else was smoth ,friendly drivers who made us laugh and made the trip bareble
I enjoyed t he fact that I could charge my cell.I did not enjoyed the fact that the was 3 hours late at arrival, the Aircons did not work and a very rude driver that told me that I think I'm special. I will not make use of your services ever again.
