I am very disappointed that the bus took more than two hours to leave and no communication was sent to inform us of this and it got to Joburg at 16:40 which the time that it was supposed to there was 13:00 now I have to take a late taxi to Middelburg and it's not safe
The bus from the get go was making funny noises! 4 hours into the trip it started smoking up
We where stuck in lainsburg for 5 hours
This bus is not recommended
I miss my final exam because of it
Am so disappointed
I regret choosing delta coaches, the busses are not up to standard. We were on the road for almost 48 hours because the bus could reach the destination. It kept on breaking down in the middle of nowhere. Our safety was compromised. It was not even clean. Check up on that
I recently had a bad experience with Eldo coaches. They took us from Cape Town on time around 6:30pm, and the bus dropped us in Bellville. The driver told us our bus was coming, but we sat there outside where it was cold waiting for it to come. The bus arrived around 9pm. How do they expect their customers to wait in the cold while waiting for the bus, the least they could have done is to send us messages that the bus will be delayed. We would have waited in Cape Town Station where we would be inside.
Overall the ride was awful, we had to switch busses and that caused chaos and fights because everyone tried to secure their spot and sit next to the person they know... My bus was supposed to leave at 4pm but it left at close to 7pm.
My arrival was supposed to be around 8am but we arrived at around 4pm. If there is anyway there could be more punctuality, kindly implement them for convenience and a better ride. I do wish to use the bus services again as this was my first time experience
The bus was supposed to leave Cape Town 11:45 but on the last minutes they sent a message that the bus is delayed it will be leaving on 16:30 which I had to go back home because I was already at the station when they sent the message, I later came back 16:00 which is 30 minutes early but the bus was already departing I had to catch it on the other side it happened they sent me a different time because other people they sent them 16:00, I am really not happy imagine if I didn’t get the on time that means they were going to leave me
The bus did not arrive in Capetown, we had to take an Eldo Bus to bellville, upon arrival no explanation was given as to why the bus is late instead I was given attitude. The driver was rude and refused to stop for a refresher. He only stopped once and that was to buy himself food and after that he closed the doors and proceeded to leave with an empty bus, leaving passengers behind. one lady who had gone out to buy water, had to run after the bus after the driver was told twice the bus is empty. He was rude and arrogant.
If you're gonna use citiliner then I'd like to know exactly when I book not notified minutes from leaving.
Please exterminate the buses.
Otherwise I had a blissful experience, the staff was friendly, drive well meet customer needs.
