very Good bus
Friendly and helpful staff, safe bus to travel with
The bus was dirty, the floor and the toilet
It's a nice bus
I think the staff had no control over the matter. My seat was not the only not socially distances. I sat with on 16A and someone 16B.was not happy.seconfly vendors were allowed to shout out their wares after the bus was loaded,.This disrupted all social distancing at all. I was shocked now I wait with bated breath I didnot catch covid19.
They could do better in offering what they advertise
It was the greatest trip with intercape
Its very comfortable but they open Econ even there no need it was very cold I almost turned in to an Ice
It's important for the bus to be on time
Nice and comfortable
It was cold but the aircon was on high level
The journey was very pleasant. i would suggest some entertainment such as movies for us to watch.
Very bad service!
It was an ohk ride but the staff could have handled some problem a little bit better, they stopped out of no where and didn't even tell us .
The driving was too fast & not smooth. It was stopping abruptly & turning fast on turns
I'm impressed with intercape. March I will be travelling t gauteng intercape will be the bus of my choice.
it was a pleasant trip. the staff took too long to get onto the bus at the pitstop before Montrose
i am satisfied
Keep up the good work
Upstairs, the TV didn't work, there was no sound system so driver was unable to talk to us and the toilet didnt flush. At Montrose the second bus driver was nearly an hour late.
The bus was falling apart. The sky roof flew off. The bathroom door did not close properly. There was no hostess. The passengers are not screened properly so we had to deal with a drunk passenger playing loud music and shouting at me when I asked him to keep it down. The driver handled the situation well and pulled over at a road block ane passenger was arrested. When booking on the dreamliner we we assured a first class experience. This was the most disgusting trip I have ever had on greyhound. I am going to be using a different service back to Johannesburg. The bus no was 2536.
Notified the bus will be late which good customer service
Why the air conditioner always on
Very slow to leave. More people should check tickets. Not just one
Bus broke down
