The charging points were not working. The seats were very uncomfortable. The drivers were very loud and there was an irritating door bell sound that kept going off every few seconds for the whole 6 hours!! What a horrible trip.
The complications there is a no for me .I got in a bus going to pietermaritzburg but the bus was going to mthatha when it was time for them to drop me off the bus continued because as for them they didn't know there was someone going to pietermaritzburg so the bus could have took N1 instead of N3 .and if that was the case I don't know what could have happened. And the passengers were now shouting at me because the bus had to turn back to pmb which was clearly not my fault
The drivers were rude to us when we were asking for answers as to why a 7 hours trip is taking 16 hours they told us that next time we should use taxis because we’re complaining a taxi will get us where we’re going on time.
Intercape is not that 5 star first class type of a bus anymore, there were no social distancing measures taken, all seats were full and it would have been much better maybe in a double decker bus. The drivers were not patient with passengers and never checked that everybody made it back on the bus at the Montrose stop, they just drove off.
