I immediately called the Head office to ask why we have a tired driver to drive at night? He was called back & denied that he is sleeping on the wheel.
I spoke the passager in front & he confirmed that the head office did call the driver & he promised that he won't sleep, he will gard the driver.
After he call the driver switched of the heater & put in air condition, the whole night passengers begged for him to turn on the heater but in vain.
We were ice cold until the sun rise to warm us up.
