I am satisfied the only shortfall is the 🚌 should have two stops on mainland south africa where there's good sanitary toilets 🚻 service and shops

I enjoyed the schedule, but I didn't like for not following the timming and arriving later then planned. I also didn't like to see TV's on the bus and not being used in the long trip.

The bus drivers need to learn English, especially because they transport people to places that speaks English. I struggled to understand anything they said and they were not nice

However, concerns were raised about a driver using a cell phone while driving. Overall, multiple reviews highlight positive experiences with scheduled stops and timely arrivals on the bus journey.
Nothing nothing good nor nice about our first experience, I can’t even explain how it was, it was so terrible 🙈🙈🙈

The ticket departure time said 8pm however the bus only left at 10pm without any communication from them as we sat outside waiting. At the border gate we spent 1 hour 30 minutes without being told what the hold up is, we arrived in johannesburg at 8:30am. The service is made so bad by the lack of communication and made to wait without an explanation.

Friendly, comfortable seats, it's value for money if one is not fussy. It's a good thing that they don't have toilet facilities, since most of the times, toilets became a source of bad smells. They stopped twice for refreshments, and the bus arrived as scheduled.
Based on 47 reviews, the company was rated 1.8 stars on Busbud. Travellers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the cleanliness but often complained with the WiFi. Etrago ticket prices on this trip start at $59
