Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to The Edward Hotel (Durban)

The trip was okay but the arrival time was insane we arrived three hours before the said arrival time and got left at an open spot. Not safe at all

The correct bus didn’t have brakes, so we had to be delayed by waiting for another bus from different bus company

Very bad the driver was late we were supposed to be in Durban at 17:50 we ended up arriving in 20:00

The bus was late with almost an hour we we supposed to leave Park station in at 10:15 but we ended up leaving around 11, secondly the bus was very dirty , papers on the floor , the dust also the toilet was very dirty and smell . Really I was so disappointed with the service

Very disappointed, the bus broke down and we have to wait 4 hours for another bus to arrive

The fact that they don’t have trolleys I had to pick my luggage with my hands and it was hard because was heavy.

Arrived at the bus station an hour and a half late, driver made more drop off stops than expected, he even did a pick up whilst passing Harrismith which was an inconvenience to many passengers waiting to get home.

The seats are extremely uncomfortable. The bus was on time when leaving Johannesburg but ended up being delayed

The bus ride was amazing, the driver was nice, and I felt like I was riding on a flying car.

It was a big disappointment,the bus was dirty,smelling like a pit no air-conditioner,even the drive is not communicating with passengers it was late in everything,I'll never book this again bad experience ever

I love the keeping of time except for the part of the last bus not being on time from delays.

There’s nothing I didn’t enjoy, but was nice and clean, driver was friendly and everything was on point

The bus came an hour late and didn’t even drive into the bus station to drop us off, it was raining!

Firstly I did not know that the bus does not get inside the park station like other buses. Had i have not asked about its parking i was gonna be left behind. It is not safe in the boomgate where it parks. We were sent sms's advising of the delay. It was a 9pm bus however it delayed to 10pm. We were transported by an SMT bus and not by an APMCW bus that we booked and there was no explanation for the changes. The trip was horrible. The bus had windows that did not close properly. It was extremely cold. There was dust all over and the driver was rude

Desatisfied. Bus arrived late and was not in good condition and was not properly branded

It’s 09:53 21 September and I’m still in the bus in Harrismith, had the bus gotten to Park station on time instead of an hour and a half late, we would’ve gotten ahead of the snow storm

There was no bus … they are scammers!!!

The bus didn’t arrive we were all taken to other buses. Ended up leaving with APM bus more than two hours later. The stuff did not even have the decency to give us an update on where their bus was. The fact that they considered passengers that booked online and at shoprite as less priority disgusts me the most.

Worst bus ever. It was 2 hours late and pickup point is at a dodgy, dirty corner outside of Park Station. Let this bus be the last/emergency option.

People who were on that bus no one will ever buy your tickets again we all were angry and disrespect Ed. Poor service.

I didn't enjoy anything buses was not the one I booked n it arrives late they were not up to date

Nothing! I did not enjoy, it was horrible, 2 hours late in the morning and 2 hours late to arrive in Durban 😒

I didn’t enjoy anything the bus didn’t pitch, we had to travel using min buses and also they didn’t give the driver tollgates money. We had to wait for the manager to deposit tollgates money, bus was supposed to depart from park station at 21:00 but we ended up departing at 00:55. They must remove vilamora, we didn’t even sms to say the bus is late and they are organising transport for us.
