The bus went out of gas A complete disaster
It was okay but the schedule was delayed due to rain
Wonderful experience but there could be some adjustments of the Baton Rouge facility to make riders more comfortable. The New Orleans facility is beautiful though.
Mama was very professional.
The wifi does not work. It's linked to my phone but does not work
Staff could be friendlier. Also, 1253 Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge facility had filthy bathrooms. Lights and vents on buses didn't work. Had to change buses because door wouldn't close! Any money for maintenance?
Our bus driver never showed and we were placed on a bus that was supposed to depart 2.5 hours earlier that had difficulties
